Any misrepresentation is not deliberate and therefore the Bellingham Public Auto Auction, LLC is not responsible. For this reason we encourage you to preview items in person before placing bids.
When you place a max bid, HiBid's bidding technology will automatically place bids on your behalf, using the smallest increment necessary to ensure you remain the high bidder until your max bid is met.
If you place a bid and receive an email with the word Outbid in the subject line, it means another bidder has placed the same bid before you, or a max bid that is higher than yours, therefore you are not the high bidder.
